UK SHIPPING:

All items are sent via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the item/s in your cart. Options include:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

If you would like to receive shipping and tracking details please ensure your email and phone number are entered at checkout.

We offer Free UK postage when you spend £50 or more. Enter code: 'FREEPOSTAGE' at checkout to qualify. Free postage orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked. Please note, this code may be disabled at any time should we run other promotions. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally from the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, these are based on size, weight and country to be sent to. Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service. The delivery can take between 3-10 business days (unless there are any delays due to covid-19 / customs.)

You, the recipient may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in Your receiving country before You can claim Your parcel. These charges will depend on the country, and the value of the item/s. These charges are your responsibility.  

DISPATCH TIMES: 

We aim to ship all orders the same day: Order before 1pm on a weekday and your order will be dispatched the same day! This may not be the case during busy periods but we will always try our best.
